My current sculpture, still in progress. I’m ambivalent about it.

For my stone carving class. The assignment is to do a sculpture on “transformation”. Started out with this faucet idea, but I’m suddenly wondering if I could do something based on The Twa Sisters murder ballad… (For example.)

A sculpture sketch. The skull is finished, but I’m unhappy with the current version of the tree, which is in chlorite. Thinking about bronze instead, maybe with chlorite leaves.
